Part-Time Administrative Assistant

MB Seminary is hiring an Administrative Assistant. The primary function is executive and administrative support and to perform clerical/accounting duties. This part-time employment (2-3 days/wk) will report directly to the Director of Finance.
Nature of the Work
This position provides administrative support in a number of areas:
Executive Support to the President and Director of Finance
Accounting, Accounts Receivables and Payables. Processing all postings and reports.
Student/Donor records and management.
Student/Financial Aid support.
Experience and Education
At least five years of administrative experience in an academic or competitive business environment.
Minimum of some post-secondary education.
Knowledge and experience with SAGE 300 or equivalent
Knowledge and experience with DonorPerfect or equivalent (preferred)
Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
