Job Description

1.0 FTE Administrative Assistant & Registrar

MB Mission and C2C Network are searching for one or two experienced, reliable, relational and task-oriented team members for the Winnipeg office team to serve in two roles that together would be 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent. The ideal candidate(s) is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced ministry environment. Administrative Assistant 

The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Regional Mobilizers and Directors in Winnipeg and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties and event planning. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of communication, clerical and financial tasks. Responsibilities include reception, coordinating communications, responding to emails and interacting with church leaders, international workers and partner ministries. Other roles include preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members and ministry partners as well as uphold a strict level of confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant would be making travel and meeting arrangements for Mobilizer and Directors, preparing reports and maintaining the digital and hard copy filing systems.

Registrar

The Registrar will work directly with the Regional Mobilizers and Short Term Mission Coordinators in Winnipeg and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative and bookkeeping duties. The Registrar will perform a variety of financial tasks and administer our application processes. Responsibilities include preparing financial requisitions, expense forms, data entry and tracking online and other application forms. Other roles include preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members and ministry partners as well as uphold a strict level of confidentiality. The Registrar would be preparing financial reports, maintaining the digital and hard copy filing systems of such reports, and follow-up appointments with applicants.
