Role Description
The Associate Director, Extended Learning, will facilitate the development and delivery of non-formal life-long learning resources and opportunities on behalf of MBBS Canada in the areas of spiritual renewal, biblical and theological enrichment, and the acquisition and/or enhancement of leadership skills as specified in the MBBS Canada strategic plan. The intended audience includes leaders and pastors within the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches as well as interested individuals within and beyond Mennonite Brethren congregations. The work of the Associate Director, Extended Learning, will extend the influence and reputation of MBBS Canada as a vital source for training resources. This position will also be a resource to other CCMBC associated schools and colleges for the delivery of educational offerings.
