Reporting to the Food Services Manager at RockRidge Canyon, the Baker’s responsibilities include preparation of cookies, cakes, breads, buns, and all manner of desserts for up to 450 guests; cleanliness of the bakery; and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervision of volunteers is required.

You have a minimum one year of culinary school training or equivalent. Recent experience in a camp or high-volume bakery is an asset.
You have a vibrant and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and are able to provide effective spiritual leadership to volunteers.
All employees of RockRidge Canyon may have unsupervised access to children. Therefore, the successful candidate must provide a current criminal record check that includes a vulnerable sector search, as a condition of employment.
