Temporary Director of Operations (Term)
The Meeting Place is a multi-staffed church with large and small group environments to guide people on their spiritual journey. Located in downtown Winnipeg, our desire is to be a Biblically functioning community, leading people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We are looking for a high capacity individual, committed to the values of The Meeting Place, to fill the position of Director of Operations beginning April 1 for a 13-month term. This individual will manage the Accounting and Human Resources and will lead a staff team responsible for Facilities, IT, and Administration. Applicants must be familiar with payables, bank reconciliations, monthly reporting, and budgeting, and payroll. Computer skills required are: Simply Accounting, Microsoft Word, Excel and database experience. Interviewing begins mid-January.
