Full-time Executive Assistant to the Director of Programs

Job Description

The Executive Assistant works closely with and reports to the MCC Canada (MCCC) Director of Programs. The Executive Assistant must ensure a high standard of communication with the various persons and groups that relate to the Director of Programs office, and a high standard of organization for projects and systems, including work flow management for all administrative assistants in the department. The Executive Assistant will also support the Director of Programs with research, budget and report preparation, and other projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Programs.
