Full-time GCF Representative
The Account Representative will contribute to the organization as the first point of contact for serving the needs of their client base. The Account Representative is a problem-solver, gifted in communication, administration and service. He/she demonstrates a can-do attitude and has a keen understanding of people, processes and professionalism. The Account Representative must be proficient in writing emails, phone etiquette, using Microsoft Office solutions, and learning how to run reports and file information within the Blackbaud CRM software. The Account Representative’s responsibilities include collecting necessary information from their clients and organizing it accurately and efficiently, while also facilitating the access to company resources on behalf of their client base.
A collaborative, team-based work style coupled with superior communication skills, and a detail oriented approach are vital to this role. The incumbent will have the ability to quickly identify and develop mutually co-operative working relationships with a solid understanding of the needs of fundraisers, donors and program/project stakeholders. This is a role for someone who takes the initiative to help everyone achieve their deliverables and ultimately, the charity’s financial and relationship goals.
Exposure to not-for-profit software applications (i.e. Blackbaud eCRM, FinancialEdge, RaisersEdge, Convio Luminate Online, and Luminate Online Team Raiser) is highly desired.
