Job Description

The person in this position directly assists the recruitment/staffing, and benefit functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, as well as providing assistance to the Director of Human Resources (HR) and performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to MCC’s HR operations. This person will be responsible for managing files (electronic databases and hard copy) and distributing information by telephone, mail, and e-mail as needed.
This position is available as a one-year term (maternity leave coverage) and on a salaried basis with a preferred schedule of 6 hours per day, four days a week (.64 FTE).
