We’re Hiring: Worship / Youth Pastor

Are you passionate about creating meaningful worship experiences that draw people closer to God? Do you have a heart for ministry and a gift for leading others in authentic, Spirit-filled worship and reach the next generation? We’re looking for a Worship/Youth Pastor to join this new position as we follow the Lord’s leading in elevating our praise and worship to Him as a church family!

What You’ll Do:
• Lead engaging worship experiences that reflect the heart of God and the culture of our church and community
• Lead Youth Worship Nights, and work with the rest of our team in facilitating Youth Ministry
• Collaborate with the pastor and worship team to plan and prepare weekly services
• Recruit, mentor, and build a thriving worship and production team, and empower others to lead
• Create a worship environment that bridges generations and connects hearts to Christ.
· Report to the Lead Pastor
What We’re Looking For:
• A passionate follower of Jesus with a servant’s heart
• Strong vocal and instrumental ability (guitar or keys preferred)
• Leadership experience in a worship or music ministry setting preferred
• Skilled in team development, organization, and communication
• Comfortable with modern worship technology and software
• Creative, adaptable, and Spirit-sensitive
Bonus Skills (not required, but helpful):
• Songwriting, arranging, or music production
• Audio/Visual/Lighting tech knowledge
• Experience in worship ministry across multiple cultures and generations
Position Type: This is a full-time position starting off as a Worship/Youth split, with vision to move towards full-time Worship
Location: Altona EMMC
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a benefit package
