The Director of Programs must be someone with the proven ability to provide faith-based vision and coaching for our frontline staff team and be willing to offer them on-call practical support and encouragement. The successful applicant must have knowledge and experience coming alongside individuals with a history of trauma, addiction, FASD, and involvement with the foster care system.
