The IT User Support is one of six support specialists within MCC’s global IT department and provides a training and support role in the day-to-day activities of the IT department providing business day support to MCC users in the Americas and four hours of daily business support to MCC’s international offices. The User Support Technician is directly responsible to the IT Associate Director for User Experience.
